How does it work?

You choose your lodge at Ladera Retreat Lodges, we reserve the plot and get it ready for you to move in within 14 days

Up to three local Estate Agents view, value and advertise your existing property. You choose the best option for selling your property at the highest possible price.

Once your property sells, your solicitor pays us the remaining balance of your new lodge.

With this service, you have total control of how and when to sell your home. However, we’re always on hand to give professional help and advice should you need it.
